Albert L. Kelley, P.A. is a small transactional firm concentrating on business, entertainment and intellectual property law. We offer a true alternative to today's impersonal law offices. With a small staff, we provide a one-on-one relationship with our clients, yet have the resources to handle complex matters. As a transactional office, we keep litigation work to a minimum, handling only minor business related issues. For larger litigation cases, the firm maintains a list of qualified outside counsel to best represent our clients.
In addition, we now offer mediation services as well. As a state certified circuit civil mediator, Albert L. Kelley can assist in resolving your disputes before, during or after litigation.
Our main office is located in the heart of Key West, Florida with a satellite office in Orlando/Winter Park, Florida. We have represented clients throughout the nation and in Europe.
