In May 2009, the Florida Supreme Court and the Florida Bar recognized Al with the Florida Bar President's Pro Bono Service Award. Attending the presentation was Al's prior employer, Ricky Polston, one of the newest justices of Florida's Supreme Court. Al is honored to have been recognized for the pro bono services he has peformed.
In February, Al attended one of the first seminars on the Florida Supreme Court's administrative order regarding foreclosure mediations. Al has handled countless foreclosure mediations, both as a mediator and as an attorney.
Al recently presented a foreclosure defense seminar, in conjunction with the Key West Jaycees, and is working on other seminars including landlord/tenant law and trademark law.
The Capt. Tony DVD is now available through Margaritaville and Walgreens. The four Fantasy Fest DVD's are available through Al's office. Al has also just completed work on a cooking show pilot and an independent feature film.
