We can form most entities within 24 hours.  We are also available toassist with maintaining your business and can also handle the sale of the company or its assests. Entertainment: The firm handles all areas of the entertainment industry and has represented film producers, television and radio stations, race promoters, artists, writers and performers. Albert Kelley has served as producer on numerous projects, including "Capt. Tony's Key West" and assisted for "Inside Edition". Intellectual Property:  Al Kelley has been handling intellectual property matters for over 18 years. Mediation Services Albert Kelley is a Circuit Civil Mediator, certified to mediate cases throughout Florida.  Our offices have been modified to provide sufficient conference room space for up to a three party mediation.  Our mediation suites each have separate climate controls.  The office is also set up for wireless internet services for mediation assistance.  We strive to make our meditation suites comfortable to facilitate resolution of your issues.
